Why can't I pay for extra baggage when booking my ticket?

Not infrequently we come across the request from our customers to pay in advance (before the flight) for an additional piece of luggage.

Unfortunately, however, payment for additional baggage can only be made at the airport, at check-in or online 24-30 hours before departure (depending on the airline) once the online check-in operation has been completed.

This rule applies regardless of the departure point of the trip and the additional baggage cannot be paid at the agency even for people coming from Romania. We are referring here especially to the parents who come to visit and whom, obviously, we want to spare them from as many procedures as possible.

There is, however, the possibility to send the additional luggage with the courier (specialized Romanian companies in Montreal), at least one month before departure.
