What is the difference between a reservation and a price quote?

A price quote means only information about the prices you want for a specific destination, on specific departure and return dates.

The quote is not a commitment and obtaining a quote does not guarantee the availability of space on the plane nor the price as it is the PRICE AT THE TIME OF THE QUOTATION.

The price obtained may change or simply be no longer available!

The reservation is made in the name of the travelers (the exact name as in the passport with which they travel) and includes all the data necessary to block the space on the plane.

Although the final price is the one from the moment the ticket is issued, we clearly say that in 99% of cases the price in the reservation does not change.

The exception is increases in fuel taxes, airport taxes or changes in prices by the airline - all these changes can be made by the airline without notice and affect all prices, including bookings.

To summarize: the price quote will not guarantee either the seat on the plane or the price; the reservation will guarantee the blocking of the space on the plane and the communicated price (with the above exceptions).

Additionally, having a reservation allows the agent to work within that reservation and make changes according to your requests.

We undertake to make your reservations in a timely manner and taking into account your preferences, and we ask you to do the courtesy gesture of notifying us before the reservation expires regarding the decision made, namely buying the ticket or canceling the reservation! Thank you!
